IXI Danza

We are a small group of Argentine Tango lovers who are devoted to the promotion of Argentine Tango in Singapore.

Since picking up the Tango a few years ago, we have been increasingly attracted by the beauty of the dance and its music. We have also made many friends both on and off the dance floor. However, recognizing the lack of a suitable venue (1) dedicated purely to the teaching of Argentine Tango and (2) for social interactions for our community as the major obstacles to the continuing growth of the Tango community in Singapore, we took the plunge and started a studio which we run in our spare time in early 2006. Our goal was and continues to be to create a comfortable and sociable venue for regular Milongas (Tango dance parties) in Singapore. We also devote much of our time to introduce new-comers to the dance we enjoy by conducting regular classes and guided practicas (practice sessions).
