Dear friends,

First of all, we'd like to thank all of you who showed enthusiastic support for our very first milonga co-organised with Xen Bar last night (16 December). In fact, for a milonga held on a week night, we had a very respectable turn-out of over 40 people!

To follow up, since this was one of the first few milongas held at the new Xen Bar, we welcome any constructive comments you may have regarding last night's milonga. We will then forward the information to the Xen Bar's management to see how we can make things even better in the future.

Secondly, as announced towards the later part of the night, starting from early January 2009, Xen Bar will be holding weekly milongas every Tuesday night. The details are as follows:

Date: Every Tuesday night, commencing 20 January 2009
Time: 8.30pm - midnight
Cover charge: $8 (incl. 1 drink + unlimited water) - payable at the entrance
Guest DJ: Louis

To kick off the new series of weekly milongas in 2009, we will being holding a special themed milonga on 13 January 2009.

Chinese-Style Milonga

Date: Tuesday 13 January 2009
Time: 8pm - 12am
Cover charge: $15 per person (incl. buffet dinner which will be served from 7.30pm onwards, and free flow non-alcoholic drinks) - payable at the entrance
Guest DJ: Louis
