Classes
The focus of our regular classes are on equipping students with the confidence and technical skills suitable for the social dance floor. From time to time, we will also introduce technique-centric workshops of shorter duration. Private classes and others are available by appointment.
Note that we require a minimum of 4 participants before starting each round of classes. In general, we try to limit each of our classes to 6 couples - late-comers will need to wait for a new session. Please check our calendar for the exact starting dates.
Attire
Dress comfortably.
Footwear (men): Preferably leather-soled shoes. Common street shoes are fine unless they have rubber soles with excessive grip. No sneakers or track shoes because apart from difficulty in pivoting, there is a real possibility of injuring your feet.
Footwear (ladies): Court shoes with ankle straps which secure the shoes to your feet. No slippers or sandals.
For the ladies interested in getting a pair of proper Tango shoes, please see Tango Singapore. It is advisable to check out these reviews (1, 2, 3) so that you can get the most appropriate shoes for yourself.
